Tuesday, 12 June 2007
Paloma - adopted galgo - Galge Rescue International Network Paloma is a beautiful galga puppy who came to the US when she was just 12 weeks old. She and her brother, Vigo (also in the US), were brought to Scooby after being orphaned. A tough little pair, Paloma and Vigo were the only survivors of their litter. Paloma and Vigo flew to the US together in the same crate, and it was painful for everyone to seperate the pair, but they have both been adopted and have wonderful homes. Paloma was adopted by a great supporter of greyhounds and galgos, and Abby flew with her (in a carry-on container this time!) to her new home in Tennessee in October 2006.
