Little is known about Elly prior to her Scooby days. She was rescued from a poorly-run sanctuary in Valladolid along with a great many other galgos. After arriving at Scooby it became apparent that she was not cut out for shelter life - for some reason the other dogs picked on her unmercifully! So she was chosen to take the fast track to the US where she was adopted by a wonderful family in Washington. Other than the pesky habit of eating stuffed animals, Elly is the perfect girl!
