Katy is a Podenco that needs our help. She was rescued from people who did nothing for her, after all she is "just a Podenco". Silvia of Galgo Connection Spain has brought her into her fold of needy dogs and she has already been seen by a specialist who has a very hopeful diagnosis. Seems it is a muscle that will not hold back the whites of her eyes making her blind, and they feel that with the surgery she has a good chance of seeing again, which is very good thing for a sighthound! Even in this condition Katy is a sweet and playful little girl, sharing playtime with Baby Mina.
